Oops. I'm late!

The best coupon booklet ( P&G ) came in today's newspaper. So if you didn't get a newspaper, GO OUT & GET ONE T-O-M-O-R-R-O-W!!! I'm not sure exactly how many coupons I got, but as you can see, it was ALOT. P&G only comes out once a month, so I'm always on the look out for it.

Some of the great finds I got today were:

Cool Whip Whipped Topping - Buy 1, Get 1 Free (Publix)
T.G.I Friday's Appetizers or Snacks - Buy 1, Get 1 Free (Publix)
Special K Cereal - Buy 1, Get 1 Free (Publix)
French's Mustard - $1.48
Grade A Large Eggs - 2 for $2.00
CoverGirl Mascara - $5.94

Since it's almost summer time, I would suggest you guys look out for sunscreen & tanning lotion price matches AND coupons (if you use that stuff). I've already collected a few coupons, and I've seen a few price matches advertised.

ALSO, Easter is right around the corner. Make sure to cut out price matches for CANDY! =)

I hope everyone grabbed their newspaper today! If you didn't, you missed out on A LOT of good savings. One of my favorites that I found today was Dove Deodorant - Buy One, Get One Free. Helllooo.. Deodorant is an everyday necessity!! I also found Welch's Grape Jelly or Jam (BOGO), Peter Pan Peanut Butter (BOGO), & Mayfield Ice-Cream (BOGO)... YUM! I found all of those in Publix's ad. But the BIGGEST steal I got today was Bounty Paper Towels - 12 Rolls for ONLY $10.00! I also had a $0.25 OFF coupon, so we only paid $0.81 for each roll for a total of $9.75. The original price at Wal-Mart is $14.97. That's a $5.22 difference!! Now that's what I call saving money.

I decided to stock up on hand soap for my bathroom. A few weeks ago I found an ad for Dial Hand Soap - Buy One, Get One Free. I also found two coupons & both were "Save $0.35 on one"... So I ended up getting Four (4) Dial Hand Soaps for only $2.24. That's $0.56 each, & the original price at Wal-Mart is $1.47. I saved a total of $3.64.

If you like bottled water, there was an ad for Nestle Pure Life in today's paper. You could get a 24 pack for ONLY $3.88. You'd be paying $0.16 for each bottle. Where can you find bottled water that cheap?! Your newspaper!

If you didn't get a newspaper today, try getting one tomorrow. Sometimes gas stations will have extra & they will leave them out until they're all gone.

I'm making a list of items I need to stock up on before leaving for college! This should be fun. I'll write a post when I'm all done & everything is purchased. It'll be interesting to know how much I ended up saving.
